Ostap Tymchiy is specialized in international law and has a considerable experience in representing foreigners in state authorities and in courts.
He started his legal practice as a lawyer of non-governmental organizations. He was trained in Poland on human rights and free legal aid. Alumny of the Library of the United States Congress Program “Open World” (“Rule of Law” component).
Ostap has considerable experience in working with asylum seekers, refugees and stateless persons as an attorney and an expert of implementing partners of the UN Refugee Agency. He made numerous reports at international conferences on human rights issues.
He has diplomas in Law and Finances. Practicing in law since 2002.
Advised dozens of clients in Ukraine and abroad on issues of administrative, corporate and land law.
Provides legal support for the activities of Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and non-governmental organizations.
